Science now tells as that eating 3 eggs a day does not increase low-density lipoprotein or LDL cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol) and is in fact it associated with an increase in high-density lipoprotein or HDL cholesterol (“good” cholesterol).
Surprisingly, researchers also found that eating 3 eggs a day on a regular basis does not increase the risk of heart disease, with some indicating that egg intake may actually lower the risk of heart disease.
